Banquet Room

Thank you for considering Ray J’s American Grill to assist you in hosting your next special event. We are happy to be a part of your celebration. The Mickey Nasseff Banquet Room is optimal for many different types of events such as wedding rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, holiday gatherings, showers, organization meetings, business seminars and so much more. We offer excellent food, a full private bar and personalized service for groups up to 100 people.

How to Reserve the Room

Come in or call the restaurant with a specific date. If available, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. This deposit will then be credited on the bill given at the conclusion of your event. There is no actual charge for the room with a predetermined menu and if minimum spending requirements are met as listed below:


Sunday-Thursday: $400
Friday and Saturday: $1000


Sunday-Wednesday: $500
​Thursday-Saturday: $1000

However, if your group is unable to meet these guidelines there is a $100 service charge.
If your group does not require service, Sunday-Thursday room rental fee is $200.

Menu Selections and Guarantees

We offer many different plated and buffet-style dinners. If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, our banquet manager will work with you to create a menu that best suits your party. Menu choices must be made 2 weeks prior to the event. The number of guests should be confirmed 72 hours in advance.

*All reservations will receive white table linens and all dinners will have white linen napkins. Requests for colored linens must be ordered three weeks prior to event. Prices for these items are $5 per table and $.50 per napkin.
*Feel free to decorate the room, however wall tacks and/or aluminum confetti are not permitted.
*No coupons or special offers will be recognized in private party room.
*It is important that we are aware of the arrival, location and set-up of all outside services.
*Our house policy restricts guests from taking home extra food and beverage not consumed during the event. In addition, Health Department requires that all food consumed on the premises be prepared by our staff, with the exception of specialty cakes prepared by other vendors. If a cake is brought in, there is a $25 charge for the use of our plates and flatware. Also, an additional $.50 per slice will be added to have it cut and served by our staff.
